DB industrials needs a more inclusive environment that values different perspectives and backgrounds. DB also needs to do a better job at retaining and promoting talent that didn’t start their career at the bank. In particular, DB industrials loves to lay off & distort feedback for people who think outside the box and challenge their VPs who make dumb suggestions (i.e. why would you use numbers from a 2017 filing for a pitch deck when 2021A numbers are available).
