      Pros

      - Flexible with University schedule. - Close to central station, so a short walk or bus ride. - Generally a good work environment, colleagues got along well. No office politices in my role. Able to complete work and go home after 8 hour shift.

      Cons

      - Alot of micromanagement. Company would take on new contracts with clients, but not account for substantial volume of requests. - Career growth lacking, bit of nepotism on senior management roles. - Seems to be alot of fumbling and winging on projects. - Management staff seem to be closeted with large scale project experience.

      Getting paid was a real issue. I was owed money at one point for almost 4 months was then told I wasn't trying very hard and my employment was suffering
