You were guaranteed to learn so much. Targets were stretched and we had a good competitive spirit to be the best in all we did. Opportunities were endless for most years. I credit my deep operational skills to being able to have a wide scope of responsibility.

Everything else You will not last in this bad environment with mgmt that is totally out of touch. Pathetic to watch money and people’s labor be frittered away by bosses that are either too lazy or too incompetent/fragile to lead properly (sometimes both)
