    Poor Management and direction from the management team. Poor attitude amongst some employees who think they are superior and should contribute less. This attitude needs attention from management

    Higher Management need to listen to their staff on all levels No commitment, constant changes

    The people you work with, good craic with colleagues

    Cons

    The pay, the bonus structure, the pressure you're put under. The only way to progress in this company is if you know someone, quite a cliquey atmosphere.

    Good pay with commission. Hours are flexible

    Lack of interest from higher ups in regards to in-store issues

    Stop telling everybody that customer care is fixed when we all know it isn't and they are the cause of 90% of in-store issues
