Pros
Culture and colleagues are nice. Gained experience to work with Fortune 500 clients in the biggest packaging company in China.
Cons
Workload is quite heavy. On-site working for 5 days. Salary is not attractive considering the workload.

Salary package is decent for starters , since they provide OT
Cons
Timings are very hard to work, 15 days morning and 15 days night. And almost 12hrs+ working hrs a day
