      Run your own desk, salary + commission, some independence, most people are down to earth and great to work with,

      Cons

      High pressure, condescending, depends on the industry you are working on, no support, no team atmosphere, sink or swim, very time consuming, lots of things out of your control can go wrong, clients can be unrealistic

      Pros

      Outstanding opportunity for entrepreneurs that want to be rewarded for the hard work they are prepared to do. They make it very clear that there will be "rapids ahead" and those that persevere and learn will prosper.

      Cons

      They make it clear they want people who want careers. 9-5 "pikers" with low work ethics will not make it. Those that also lack professional integrity will be called out. Imagine that - a place that actually does what they say!

      Each office has its own culture but the overall culture is one of integrity. The do as they say, and do the right thing. Great income potential. True family oriented company that embraces work life balance.

      It takes time to get started.
