    I worked at Wood Mackenzie

    Pros

Interesting domain. Great people, no jerks allowed. Some people with great intentions.

    Cons

Many silos that don't work in tandem and no one at program level qualified to standardise them by process or principle.

    Advice to Management

Get your hands dirty in the trenches to understand the real issues in each project, and proactively recommend approaches to exec. Do an audit of skillsets and get rid of those who won't train in digital skills.

I worked at Wood Mackenzie full-time

    Pros

Time off is great and the benefits are outstanding.

    Cons

Management is horrible. People are promoted who have no background in managing people. Data collection is suspect and if you report it to your supervisor, you will be blackballed. Do yourself a favor, get out before they get you.

    Advice to Management

There is no advice this company could possibly listen to.
