Pros

They pay for coffee beans.

Cons

Poor pay Culture is like a cancer with the same effect. Senior management are all talk and no action, lack experience and capabilities. Customer service delivery is non existent. Services are overpriced. You spend most of your time putting out fires due to poor management and procedures. CEO acts like a little kid, throws his toys all the time, kicks doors, generally hates people. Treats his employees badly. COO has read to many self help books; actually does nothing but has the CEO thinking he does. Management are blind to internal issues can't tell the company is failing apart or about to. Very high staff turnover. people get fired alot. Whoever gave this company a 5 out of 5 is either the CEO or has worked here for less than 5 minutes. Do your self a favour. DONT work here.

A warning to employees, customers and suppliers alike

Pros

If you're the kind of person who is able to fly below the radar you should be fine. If not you should probably find employment elsewhere.

Cons

Payment Express is dominated by the owner of the company Andy Cullen. I work in the accounts/logistics team so have gotten a better understanding of his nature than most over the years. He doesn't treat anyone well. I think the Trump comparison is appropriate. Andy is probably more intelligent than Trump because he knows how to use a computer but they both lack any moral compass and lack the ability to experience empathy. Andy has repeatedly racked up huge accounts with suppliers only to flip out and demand huge discounts based on the vague promise of continued business. Andy has also received advice from employment lawyers on how to terminate employees arbitrarily using the excuse of "restructuring". If you ever receive such an email from a senior staff member, your fate has already been decided.
