    Pros

Have to say that William Hill had a very employee friendly culture with awesome work life balance. QA management was really good probably the best I have seen so far.

    Cons

Probably some more time should be spent in getting a strong test automation culture.

I worked at William Hill full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Okay pay with overtime available most weeks.

    Cons

No HR support. Hard to obtain and understand the digital payslip. Poor management. No work life balance. Expected to do overtime with no notice. People always go sick. Endless reporting to do. Unhygienic shops. Terrible customers. Don't get paid if you have to stay later than 10:10. Unexpected tax hit of £125 per year on an oyster if you buy it. No room for promotion. Better off working as an intern for an upstanding company.

I have been working at William Hill full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Really struggle to find any pros..... Oh yeah you get an extra day off for your birthday.......

    Cons

No work life balance, single manning all day without a break, single manning in the evenings, restructure every 5 minutes, reduce salary when they feel like it, no pay rise in years, pay staff in busier shops the same as quiet shops, take a days holiday off for Xmas day, two way communication appealing, abomination of a company, under value staff, 2 managers per shop (so who do you listen to), no real career progression ....the list really is endless
