    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Long standing company with a huge tie to the community. Great benefits and competitive pay. Flexible work life balance.

    Cons

Unprofessional environment, women in see through yoga pants and men in PJ bottoms with no underwear. I get that it’s a non customer contact center but there is no class. The attire matches the attitudes.

    Advice to Management

You have given your employees great latitude and that should be commended but they have taken advantage and are placing a bad image to the company.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great benefits and there are always entry-level jobs available, very socially conscious

    Cons

The only way to get a raise is to change jobs. They keep the overall salary increases to 2% across the board, which means some people get nothing and the most you will typically see is 2%. They are no longer offering telecommuting.

    Advice to Management

Allow team members the time to analyze problems and to offer solutions; don't just push the solution that you think is right and then 'fix' the broken glass on the other side.
