      Pros

      straight forward hands down architecture work, strong connection with structural engineers and other team buddies such as builders and subcontractors. the company values every career opportunities for the employees . work and life boundary set clear, very good benefits .. lots of snacks in the kitchen ..never run low in stock~~

      Cons

      the company is pioneering the flagship in innovating parking structure which is good, and specialized in one thing has lots of opportunities ,but you need to be fully prepared to be focused only on one building type: parking . it depends on what you are looking for really

      Pros

      They have a very collaborative work environment that supports individual goals and skills. You learn a lot being exposed to architecture, engineering, and planning at the same time. Management treats everyone with same level of respect and a friendly open office environment.

      Cons

      They are a very specialized firm that is focused on parking. Everything they do involves parking which some people may not like.
