I worked at Voyage Care full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Not one single thing to praise about.

Always short staffed. Not enough training and lack of paperwork. It's not about the PWS. It's about the company making money.

I worked at Voyage Care full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Residents are great. Never had a problem with any if them. In two years had one minor behaviour incident and that's all. They were the reason I was there.

    Cons

The men in this profession were extremely rude and nasty towards for absolutely no reason at all. I was always civil to those men. me yet they wouldnt speak to other female staff in the same appalling manner. Its funny as I'm a big fan of the Kray twins who were labelled the most evil men of time yet they never once hurt a women or child. Says a lot to me that does.
