I have been working at Voxpro Communications full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - for a BPO develops people a lot - a lot of opportunities to grow - interesting and challenging roles

    Cons

    - lower salary than other companies (but normal for a BPO sector) - internal interviewing process is flawed - less in benefits more in responsibility

I have been working at Voxpro Communications part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The colleagues are the best part. I think that summarises it fairly well. There is also a GP scheme where you pay about 15 Euro a month and you get free to visits, prescriptions and tests with silverdale GP practice (it doesn't apply to just any GP). There are opportunities for rising up through the company but honestly, the pay is not competitive in comparison to many companies.

    Cons

There is an issue with management and turnover - so many mistakes are repeated and communication between departments and between old and new managers is slow. Some people genuinely just don't so what they should.
