I worked at Voxpro Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent place to begin. Amazing people and excellent atmosphere. Loved every minute. You can progress easily if you are positive and you meet your targets. In my experience, so many opportunites came up. I am really grateful for my time here.

    Cons

Late shifts can be hard man. We signed up for it though, oh well. Some managers can be too cocky for some reason I never understood. Others are just lovely. No benefits, health coverage :( Big minus guys. In certain contracts, asking for PTOs is a real pain.

I have been working at Voxpro Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good place to start up in customer service to get experience and move onto bigger and better companies. Friendly environment amongst other agents and you will make good friends there and meet great people.

    Cons

After awhile you start to just feel like another number in the system, management do not seem to care when you ask for help unless it benefits them, your suggestions will just be ignored, if your TL messes up that blame is shifted to you. Not all managers are bad of course but you will see from the start which ones abuse their power. Also not much opportunities to move up within certain contracts.

I worked at Voxpro Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

As Voxpro joined Telus International employees were given more benefits, like sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, etc. Chilled out environment

    Cons

Hot desk sitting and night shifts

I worked at Voxpro Communications full-time

    Pros

None, there's no pros here, cons only

    Cons

Due to negiligence from the whole management, starting with my very own one an their manager and HR I almost commited suicide! They then bullied and victimised me, what resulted in unfair dismissal. Please, do not agree with situation like that. They are corporation, but we are stronger together. This case is awaiting hearing in Labour Court.

I have been working at Voxpro Communications full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You will meet great people working here.

    Cons

Corona situation very badly handled. No distancing until after Patrick's Day. They had parties and were handing out food over this time. No wipes for desks or sanitiser. When we did get it it was one wipe per day. Lied in the media about laying people off, said jobs were safe but it wasn't true. I have colleagues who have been laid off who have not heard from the company for two months. Since we started working from home tracking has increased. They are recording our screens and also monitoring the websites we use. They are doing a roll call, but through gmail, which is one of the sites that affects our stats in the tracking of websites so why should we even look at it? They have tried to get us to sign an amendment to our contract. This amendment isn't favourable to us at all. I have refused to sign it and asked for more information. I am concerned I will be punished for this.
