    Pros

Good company if this is your first job experience or if you are passing through Ireland and want to work and get to know the city/Ireland.

    Cons

Poor consideration for work-like balance (shifts are not fun or made for people with family); very little chance of progressing in your career depending on whoever you know personally more than what you can do.

    Advice to Management

“Diversity, or the state of being different, isn't the same as inclusion. One is a description of what is, while the other describes a style of interaction essential to effective teams and organizations.” — Bill Crawford, Psychologist (Source: Leading Differently)

    Pros

Great team and worked with some amazing people, Learned a lot and gained important skills I will use for life.

    Cons

Management plays on Favorites, No matter how hard you work unless your on there like list you will be waiting in line for any sort of progression, the company itself has great values but management in the last year or so isn't enforcing them which is disappointing and also since they were acquired by Telus it seems Christmas bonuses and benefits etc have decreased which isn't what you would expect from a huge company acquiring the company.

    Advice to Management

Be Fair !! You have some amazingly talented hard working people who you overlook and give promotions to those who aren't fit for the role just because you're friends with them, I've seen so many passionate hard workers leave because of this and now I'm another one !! I hope this changes or Voxpro won't have a very good staff turnaround.

    Pros

Friendly work environment, multi-nationalities, good to work individual and as a team

    Cons

Cannot progress in company if you are working on certain languages. Lots of promotions, progressions are made because you are friendly with the TL in charge of that program.
