Pros

Project Manager are well aware of the research market. They understand the requirement of the projects and support the junior analysts. MD is one of the best expert you'd ever work for. He's the 'Google' of Investment World.

Cons

I can't think of any cons working here. It's a good company to be working at.

Pros

Career starter in research and advisory without an MBA

Cons

Crappy pay - you'll barely survive. it is good as you won't have any time for recreation anyway HR - worse than government employees. They will never ever do their job promptly and if you ask them to do something that is part of their job description, they will do it as a favour to you and tell you not to bother them so much Vampirish project managers - they will ask you to work on weekends without hesitation cause they have made unrealistic commitments to clients - meanwhile they'll sit and sip copious amounts of coffee and judge you on how slow you are, also will complain about having to work weekends, right there in front of you! Wouldv'e given 0 stars if it were possible.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere, small team, lunch is provided (although it's deducted from salary), management is approachable, employee structure is flat, young crowd, lots of energy

Cons

No work life balance, management doesn't care about employee satisfaction. Pay is low compared to the work, long working hours with no flexibility
