I worked at Urban Outfitters full-time

    Pros

    The campus is aesthetically pleasing.

    Cons

URBN does not value their employees. It is shown through how little they pay, the exorbitant amount of stress, and the long hours. There is no HR department so nothing is standard across all three brands. The communication is awful and regular meetings with your manager are hard to obtain due to the stress and time crunch everyone is under. The turnover is incredibly high and there is no training what so ever. Good luck if you have a question on something or need help in any way. URBN is also deceitful in what they tell their employees. There is a "vacation policy" that was never explained or brought to my attention. Basically your vacation is prorated and they will not pay you out appropriately. for what you earned.
