I worked at Urban Outfitters part-time for less than a year

    Pros

No sales quotas, no one breathing down you neck. Generally just a really fun and easygoing workplace that avoided most of the stresses I found made some previous retail jobs unbearable. Great employee discounts (70% off in-store brands) and generally accommodating with hours and time off.

    Cons

Low pay but that is to be expected. It took forever to finally be trained on cash.

    Cons

Retail just sucks, and I think the company tends to take advantage of some of the hard-working employees who have been working there for years.

I worked at Urban Outfitters full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Very laid back environment as long as you get your job done

    Cons

Management plays favorites. They don’t try to keep tenor agents in order to have knowledgeable people assisting the customers. Hours are terrible when you first start. They want you to be off of the phone within 4 minutes or less.
