I have been working at University of Rochester full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Finger lakes coffee, high turn over rate.

    Cons

Very low pay, management will remind you that you are easily replaceable, don't care about patient safety. Paying for parking, parking lots are always full, taking a shuttle which adds an hour of unpaid time. Construction 24/7. HR refuse to return calls. Did i mention low pay? Very dirty environment. Paying to park and having to give them your keys to move your vehicle. People stealing from your vehicle when they move it. Often bill items that are never even used. They only care about money.

    Advice to Management

Pay people better, stop charging to park especially when the lots are FULL of pot holes that damage cars. Show that you care about more than making money.
