United Talent has a generous vacation and holiday schedule throughout the year. They have great benefits & offer work from home. The work is very interesting initially. The office is beautiful. The company loves to treat their employees with holiday gifts, tickets to events and other great perks.
Cons
The job can be time consuming. The take-home pay looks decent, but ultimately a joke if you factor inflation, living in LA and the amount of time working. You’re literally expected to be on call 24/7 even on holidays or after hours. Overtime is frowned upon. Management can be stern. Its very fast paced.
