Pros
401k matching up to 10%. Up to $500/year Student Loan Payment Reimbursement. $1400/year Individual HSA Account with CDPHP EPO II Health Plan. Decent Health Insurance with Vision and Dental Coverage options. Promotions from within the company are preferred. Good mentorship from higher-ups / Management. Paid courses (including self-study) available through Center for Financial Training (certificates / diplomas). Generally Positive Team Culture.
Cons
Every Branch has slightly different procedures on certain things. Many stations do not have ID scanners, and many do not scan properly. Both of these cons make it more difficult for Float Tellers traveling from branch to branch to provide excellent customer service and protect customers. They also create some difficulty in communication between Floats and their coworkers.

- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
The co-workers are friendly, the environment is clean, and they match up to 10% for your 401K. If you don't know what your doing, its OK, your on the fast track to management!
Cons
Management leaves EVERYTHING to be desired. They don't appear to be competent in doing their own jobs, let alone managing others. Most upper management is disconnected from what is actually going on in the bank, and continually ask "How do other banks do this?" and then try to copy those processes with no underlying knowledge of what they are doing. The pay is VERY low for what they expect you to do, but don't worry, you can just slack off and have someone else do all the work for you. Unless you are buddy buddy with someone in management you will never be promoted as promotions and pay raises are only for people they LIKE, regardless of their ability. Staff is continually hired from within and provided no training on their new job role, thus causing more issues for other staff members. Really, TRAINING and DOCUMENTATION, is severally lacking unless you are someone handling CASH everyday. Other wise you'll be calling IT on what button to click to make something work. Policies and procedures are only there for the lowest people. I.E. management can hire their WIVES to work DIRECTLY UNDER THEM, but others can't have their sisters apply to a different department. Their IT system is severally lacking, and is easily running software and configurations 10+ years old, due to managements inability to know what it needs to do in order to succeed and manage risk. It should be considered a scorched earth scenario for anyone entering their IT department. But you won't be allowed to change anything, because they just don't understand the risks involved or what they are doing.
