    Pros

25 days holiday and 6 month paid sick leave. Pay for exams eg QFA and give bonus once achieved. Job is 9am - 5pm monday to friday unless your branch opens Saturday.

    Cons

Too short staffed cut the staff to half. Constant Pressure. No staff loans, mortgages or current account at staff rate or new employees. Got rid of holiday fund which was one best thing bank had for staff. Got rid of Ufirst gold account so no new staff avail of it, which had load of benefits to staff. Which was awful as old staff have it and there no benefits for new staff.
