    I worked at USAA full-time

    Pros

Company continuously attempts to listen to concerns of employees, increasing employee satisfaction. Yearly bonus provides further financial security. Has the best initial job training I have ever experienced, provided with much needed resources to succeed. Job allows and encourages great work-life balance.

    Cons

Due to the exploding growth, job description continues to expand without expanding pay. Advancement ability is little to none due to requirements that do not match employee skill needed.
