    Steady Paycheck unless they decide to let you go right before the holidays

    Cons

    Timed bathroom breaks, co-workers stealing your headphone sponges if you forget to take them with you on break, and zero compassion if you get sick or your car breaks down and makes you late for work.

    Get ride of the power hungry Team Leaders and promote from within.
