    Good pay, work with little to no supervision

    Cons

    Sometimes hectic, might put you on a route that you are untrained for. RCA's are paid evaluated time instead of hourly so you're expected to be as fast as someone who has carried that route for many years.

    Tired constantly,never know when youre off.Noff.Never know what you're doing till u come in for work.Twork.They can loan you out to any post office

    No work/life balance. Have to travel for hours as PTF. My manager was really difficult to deal with. Transfer takes forever if you even get one

    Everything else, the company is bad, have to buy and deliver in your own vehicle, bad management, employees are disrespectful to each other, bad environment depending on the office, bad consultation, people lie a lot here, dishonest, a lot of them try to get you fired, discrimination, racist, and prejudice it would be smart to know at least 3 people there if you don't its a terrible place to work and depending on your position its hell.
