      I thought it is a good company. However, I learned there: what not to do.

      Cons

      Unprofessional management, unprofessional organisation culture, bad communications, long working hours, low salaries, bad working conditions. It was a really awful experience.

      Decent Salary, very easy to get the Job.

      Cons

      Long working hours. No over time and the company terms and conditions allows them to demand two extra hours on top of the normal 9 hours of work. No overtime for the extra two hours The king of termination. They dont value talent. Since the salaries are high, their strategy is to hire fire and hire Employee welfare is close to zero Only the management staff is very well looked after, or youve got to be an arab national. then the rules are in your favour
