Extreme nepotism when it comes to salaries and positions, you could be working under an engineer who has less experience but with higher salary and position just because he is related to one of the directors, too much non-work related pressure, most managers consider shouting and swearing as a method of successful management, HR department is not there to support your rather to try minimize any potential salary increment requests you may apply for and try to deduct the maximum they can for any reason.

Unprofessional management, unprofessional organisation culture, bad communications, long working hours, low salaries, bad working conditions. It was a really awful experience.
