    Negative Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at Tyndall National Institute full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Flexible work hours (like any other research center)

    Cons

    - There is no opportunity for getting a permanent position. - Too much talking, blablabla in the project nothing behind. - In terms of publication, the quantity is in favor and not the quality. - If you are a foreigner from non- EU make sure you ask for 12-24 months contract, you will be surprised by their offer, you can even get 1-month contract. Immigration and Visa processes are not fun, you don't want to waste your time and money (400 euro) every 6 months - For a postdoc position, you get 19 days holidays per year + 4 days for xmax.
