Great idea, poor execution

Pros

Employees (apart from CEO) are great. Office is really nice and in 10-minute-walk to the beach.

Cons

As everybody mentioned, the CEO believes he is Elon Musk and he wants Google employees at the cost of a junior. He wants everybody to be perfect but he can only take decisions based on questions to chatGPT. When I left, employee historic rotation was higher than 50%, people was too burnout that even left from one day to another without noticing the CEO. Office is too hot in summer and cold in winter. Dogs are allowed in the building, so a lot of background noise.

Pros

I really like working at tree-nation! It’s not just a job, it’s a chance to contribute to reforestation and fight climate change every day actively and it's not just a nice thing to say, it's real! The team is diverse, multicultural, passionate, and genuinely believes in the mission. The office has a great atmosphere, and the work environment exudes good vibes.

Cons

Like any fast-paced organization, things move quickly, and priorities can shift. If you need a rigid structure, it might be a challenge. But if you’re adaptable and proactive, it’s an exciting place to be.
