I have been working at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You’re fellow coworkers on the same level bc are great. There’s great team work but wet are all miserable.

    Cons

Work in Cherry Hill ICU. Company itself is horrible. They do not care about the staff and only care about their scores. Managers micro managers, is incompetent, inappropriate and yells at staff in front of patients. She also writes you up so that you can not transfer to another unit or If you stand up Employees have been wrongfully fired. They lie to get you fired. HR are even worse they don’t care about the staff and are no help. Complaints to upper management is useless. Save yourself from having the chance of being miserable.
