I have been working at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Awesome benefits, coworkers, management, technology, lots of ETO and very Enjoyable.

    Cons

Salary was fair to start, but IT positions always seemed to get no raises, bonuses or compensation. Especially around big projects that requires short dead lines and all-nighter.
