      - Good work environment - Colleagues are helpful and supporting - 1 bonus salary every 6 months - Restaurent vouchers - Health care assurance - Projects diversity

      Cons

      - Work overload and it can be stressful - The bonus salary you get may not align with the effort you're doing - Additional work hours are not paid - No flexible hours - No promotion to senior positions - Only 18 days of holiday per year
