We deeply appreciate how hard our direct care staff have been working, and provide generous overtime rates and retention bonuses which we hope demonstrate our gratitude for your commitment to our team and students. While providing 24/7 support to children with autism can bring some unique challenges and require flexibility on our part, we strive to always provide as much schedule flexibility as possible for our team members.
