Pros
I seem to attract all the nice customers with my "treat others how you want to be treated" mindset. I have very few unruly customers and love interacting with everyone I meet in work.
Cons
Because a lot of people seem to like coming to my till, I end up with a huge line despite other tills being open. People then try complain there's no tills even though there's at least 2 or more extra open.

X1.5 pay on Sundays and bank holidays. Double pay on Sundays in December. Paid for days the shop is closed (Xmas etc.) Good progression routes
Cons
Grievance process is slow. We receive a yearly bonus. However the hours will be cut for the following weeks so you lose what you gained from bonus. Self service machines being implemented to reduce staff.
