Nepotism throughout the company. Unappreciative management and no room for advancement. They constantly replace skilled people with entry-level trainees.

This company has great potential but falls short due to unqualified and egotistical management. There have been multiple times talented employees have left due to a toxic work environment. Technicians and sales-people are not given proper guidance and training so they must fend for themselves. Big picture projects have failed thanks to small problems that get thrown into the backburner for too long.
