      Great product set and strong commercial GTM. Fantastic colleagues who regularly helped, encouraged and educated me on my journey with TPG

      Cons

      The acquisition of AAPT caused a lot of attrition.

      There are no pros for working here

      Cons

      Surface based "culture" but is toxic to its absolute core. The People Experience (HR) team cannot be trusted. They speak horribly about people behind their backs within earshot of others, spread mistruths and bully staff. If anyone else within the business acted like they do, they wouldn't have a job. And before you send the generic "things have changed" reply, I speak with current employees and nothing has changed.

      Surface based culture, toxic to its core

      Good pay, progressive and multi dimensional

      Cons

      People Experience team talk about the culture a lot, continue launching new initiatives, but in its core Exec cannot be trusted, very cut throat. Impossible to have any work life balance, propose are continually on the verge or well into burn out. No one is addressing the real issues. It’s all talk.
