    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at TBG Learning

    Pros

Some of the people are nice, working with young people in a learning environment. Not much to say about the pros because that's it.

    Cons

the Pay is abysmal, development opportunities - none, Management - incompetent, senior management - even more incompetent, very un organised as a company, training is unavailable even at the start. support - None. Not worth the effort, I wouldn't recommend anyone take a job here, especially graduates, it will be a waste of the time you could be using to find a much better job. working in retail has better... prospects.

    Advice to Management

Managers need more training, organise your company, listen to staff feedback, better yet just start again from the beginning in a different sector.
