1. You work in fear that you might lose your job even if you do it well... 2. They don't respect their employees 3. They don't respect the clients 4. The bosses need and demand to be constantly flattered 5. Poor salary 6. They don't respect your job role (trainers are doing IT consulting job, the IT guy is also doing consulting job, etc) 7. No space in the office 8. They demand you to work overtime and they don't care about personal space. 9. CEO cares only about the money, not about the company, quality, employees. 10. As intern there are small chances to learn something good in this company.

You are always by yourself, you grow and learn by yourself. There's not a career path because company is still young and you work a lot without any result or scope. Nobody tells you what to do and you have no boss, or someone who can teach you. You can be moved from one project to another without knowing anything of it.
