Awful, serious bullying Culture, the area managers in Dublin are atrocious, only care about money, unrealistic Job expectations, manager is unqualified and extremely lazy, company posts fake reviews to bring up scores, encouraged staff to post good reviews.

4 hour shifts over contracts. 20 hours is a full time contract For team leaders and 16 hours is a full Time contract for staff these are then split into 4 hour shifts across 5 days

I have been working at Superdrug part-time
Pros
Working with a lot of brands and gaining a lot of knowledge. Good discount. You can progress quickly
Cons
Low Hour Contracts 12 hrs per week for a Team Lead. Much too much work to get done in the 12 hours so extra unpaid hours are usually required to get duties finished. Management expect you to stay after your shift if they are busy, which is all unpaid time which adds up.
