    The people are the greatest here. Everyone is genuinely helpful and kind. Really strong safety culture

    Depending on which area you are in, the promotions and salary is not quite equal/fair for similar positions

    Good pay, good benefits, more job stability than other oilfield companies, decent transparency

    Cons

    Just a number, poor diversity (in leadership especially), poor mental health, not a sustainable lifestyle, difficult to advance career and gain experience, does not support females in the work environment (white boys club)
