Ultimately the management can make or break this job. I am lucky to have one that cares a lot about their employees and will try to work with you about any accommodations or problems you may have.

All the usual corporate problems. A lot of system/tech issues, upper management out of the loop on day-to-day tasks, etc.

There's a lot of opportunity to move into other areas of work that interest you if you're willing to show interest. I found the work to be highly interesting but it can become quite repetitive like most any other corporate level jobs. In my experience, hard work was noticed and rewarded. Not typically in bonuses but with things like catered meals in the office as well as all-inclusive meals at highly-regarded restaurants. If you're an analytical type, you will probably highly enjoy the work. The campus is very nice and has a fitness room as well as a cafe with multiple different cuisines to choose from.

Cons

The managers are evaluated on a blend of their group's quality of work and volume completed. While some managers dedicate themselves to ensuring their group has what they need to produce the necessary volume and quality, I've seen others who are very hands off only to later throw their subordinates under the bus when they caught heat from the higher execs. There can be a lot of pressure that trickles down depending on how well the managers can handle it. If you're the type who loves to socialize with a bunch of different people and/or customers everyday, you'll likely be disappointed in your day to day.
