Thanks for sharing your review. It is great to know that you were comfortable in your work environment and felt that your team was willing to help. It’s very important to us that we have a friendly work space with a good work-life balance. As a rapidly growing organization, the way we work is constantly evolving. As far as the compensation is concerned, we attempt to match the industry standards and have periodic review cycles too. However, we have noted your concerns and will look into it. Pros

Reputable employer, multinational. From company level, it tries to promote positive work environment, such as work from home, flexible hours,etc..

      Cons

In IFS FR, unreasonable over time, especially during the first quarter of the year. Even the company promotes work- life balance, but didn’t seem to have any impact on this department. It heavy depends on one person’s decision.

      State Street

Thanks for posting your review. It's great to hear you enjoyed your work colleagues and the environment as well. Admittedly, it can be challenging when working long hours; but State Street has formal flexible working arrangement programs to help offset office time with work from home hours. If you feel that you had additional bandwidth and were feeling less than challenged in your role there are a few options to consider. First, you could explore State Street University, Sector 360 or browse iLearn courses to expand your skillset. State Street also has strategic partnerships with the CFA Institute, where you can seek additional professional designations, or you can become a Lean Practitioner, another valuable skill. Regardless of how you approach your continuing education, you can find the right path to follow, with the appropriate support network as well. -Henry W. Pynchon, AVP, Leadership Development Program
