One has to achieve 4X of the target right from the first month to save the job (4X is the commission one gets on sale), if one fails to do you will get fired. 2. During probation period they can fire with without any notice. Post probation they just have 15 days notice period (means one never has job security). 3. They make you work on tourist visa (especially Dubai), which is illegal. If you get caught you will be fined like any thing and blacklisted for that particular country. 4. If they terminate you or you resign within an year (which has the highest probability), all visa and travel tickets' cost will be deducted from your Full and Final settlement. 5. Probation is of minimum 90 days. One cannot take even a single leave during that period. 6. One has to work 7 days a week (12-13 hrs a day) without any leave. 7. Be ready to be used to harsh scolding along with abusive words on daily basis. 8. If 4X target is not achieved do not expect any reimbursement. Even if you achieve then you get reimbursement after 2 months. 9. There is no set training module nor any training process is set for the employees. 10. Company is not registered in India. So legally no one can file a case in India. 11. One has to wear business suits just for the show off and to satisfy Mr. Shori's ego. 12. Any day management will call you and ask you to deposit the laptop and will ask you to leave. Without any reason or time to perform. Moreover they will force you to exit the country even if you are on tourist visa. One is very luck if management responds for the Full and Final settlements even. 13. Working hours 9:30 am to 10:00 pm. If 2 new meetings are not fixed everyday i.e. 60 new meetings for a month, you might have to spend entire night at the office. 14. Don't even dare to think that you will get incentives. 15. Neither think that top management has any mood of understanding your situation. 16. This is the only company who doesn't provide any stay arrangements while relocating abroad. Companies in India even provide stay arrangements for atleast a week while relocating. But they don't. When you ask them to, they will do the arrangements and will deduct amount from your next month's salary. 17. Salary is never on time. It comes by 7th of the month. 18. HR never ever picks up your call (actually HR is the best chill division of the company). 19. Mr. Shori has all his family members and relatives in the top management. It's just a family show going on. 20. Be ready to waste atleast 1.5 lacs INR your hard earned money for Mr.Shori. 21. And the list is huge. These were some life saving points. Still anyone wants to ruin his/her career then god save them.
