I worked at Société Générale full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Work Life Balance Huge scope of work and learning curve Fully compliant technical team across domain Good Leadership at management level before RBO (Role Based Organisation)

    Cons

Post RBO (Role Based Organisation) to many changes left at the hands of the newbie managers whose advent within organisation from service industry had led to the destruction of technical versatality across domain on an unprecedented amount. As AI and Innovation became the scope of existence, no clear road map led in the loss of idea or repetition of the same work across domain. With above no proper focus was... drawn on the realistic and achievable ideas and hence this resulted in sudden loss of too many technical expertise across several domain within IT.

    Advice to Management

The vision and mission is clear and the management level. As it trickle down to the level the mid level and their local heads always give a wrong interpretation of what is needed. The amount of power bestowed upon certain had resulted in unprecedented amount of scrutinity which had resulted in loss of good work force. It is a humble request to all at the above level to investigate the same and stop such action as it... tears down the name of the prestigious organisation.
