      Pros

      Start up environment so if you work long hours you can get experience in lots of different areas.

      Cons

      Sexism is rife. Theory is that locations spread across the globe will provide 24/7 coverage. Reality is that everyone is expected to be "on" 24/7 - there is no cross training. Managers sometimes don't know what their own teams actually do. Senior management constantly contradict each other. Direction changes a couple of times per year, making goals meaningless.

      Excellent work culture with highly supportive team mates (especially in Ireland). Diverse work culture with lots of opportunities to progress and grow within the company.

      Did not face any problems yet either from work or management side.
