Good people to work with. Not to much work pressure unless there is some critical release. Infrastructure is good with all the facilities for employees.
Cons
They tend to invest lot of time and money in new ideas being implemented in their app, but then many of those dont make their way till the end and are just dropped of for silly reasons. Sometimes there is lot of intra-company politics among senior management people in the way they reward the development people.
