      Pros

Opportunity to meet people from all over the world Some interesting projects

      Cons

Extremely long hours. 'Normal' working hours are 8-6, but in reality it was 7:30- 8 or 9 pm every day. It is possibly the worst company I have ever worked at, mainly due to the overbearing CEO and his 'Directors'. It is a family run company and the CEO thinks this means he answers to no- one. He shouts at and humiliates all of his staff on a daily basis. Swearing & shouting at someone on a call or in a meeting is common practice. No one escapes it -even the staff that are considered 'loyal' (have been there several years) Telling you that you are 'useless' and threatening to not pay your salary 'unless you do as you are told' was a pretty common occurence also. The CEO is very controlling, likes to be over involved in the lives of some of his staff. The Directors do NOT have any power, are merely figureheads. Constantly overruled by the CEO. There is a very high turnover, because people can't get out of it fast enough once they see what it's like. Things happen here every day you would never believe could happen in a modern workplace. Staff that stay are generally trapped with an above average salary - this is the only thing that will entice them to stay. BIG mistake. No amount of money is worth it. People read these reviews and probably think to themselves 'oh, that's just a disgruntled employee sounding off, that's probably all exaggerrated'. That is simply not the case. I left of my own accord. I haven't worked there in years, but I STILL shudder to think sometimes of the carry on there and what I put up with. My biggest mistake was not having the courage to leave sooner. If you are considering going to work there, please, please think very carefully. Don't do it. It will be your biggest mistake ever. If you are an engineer, you will be sent to site thousands of miles away, at a day's or few hours notice. You will be sent with a one way ticket, and told you'll be there 'a few weeks' - say goodbye to your family, it will be MONTHS before you see them again.
