- Great pay & overall benefits - Excellent culture and management - "Family first" company w/ outstanding work/life balance - Unlimited sick leave/mental health days - Software developers are given agency & autonomy

- PTO is lower than industry average - Lots of meetings at times - Agile implementation is inefficient

Working outside and helping farmers meet their production goals,
Cons
Many lies told to keep you working the job, if customers don't pay it will come out of your own pocket, will give your sales area up to others even when you built the relationship with the client, expected to work 6 days a week with one 2 day weekend once every month if you are lucky. Many of us have gone months without a weekend off.
