Honestly not much positive to say.

Cons

- Senior management very rude, obnoxious and incompetent (if you got £10 for every time one of them said 'at my last job we did it like this' you could retire in a week!). - CEO as above if not ten times worse. - Poor website and products. - I see the word toxic left by a lot of reviewers, I would agree that sums this place up perfectly. - Chris Griffin (CEO).

Fellow team members and others around the business are supportive and we all share the same problems in general.

Cons

Where to start? I have seen so many people so poorly treated or spoken to so disgracefully as what the CEO does on a daily basis. Some really talented people have come and gone in the last 12 months and the common problem in the reviews is the CEO! We don’t have a HR function so I guess I will do the same as those guys - find some self-respect and a new role and move on!

Co-workers are generally really helpful and put a brave face on working here. The shame is we have such high staff turnover so it’s hard to build lasting working relationships, every week it seems there’s someone gone/someone new starting.

Cons

Toxic, oh my so toxic. This stems from the top and the CEO, he literally has zero respect for any employee, just sees us all as a means to an end. I pray I will find another role soon so I can leave this nightmare behind me. There’s no one to complain to either as we have no HR Manager so suffering in silence is the only option.
