      The most toxic workplace I have ever worked. Avoid like the plague!

      - Working from home from anywhere in the world. - Knowledgeable and inspiring colleagues.

      Cons

      - Zero onboarding - Darwinian type of management (zero support and survival of the fittest or most likable to the management) - Management gaslighting and avoiding taking responsibility even when presented with written proof - Zero feedback for the first 2 months - Summarily fired without process, reason or chance to improve on the 3rd month - Discrimination immediately after I disclosed my disability status - Fired 2 days after I officially asserted my rights for support for my disability
