      Historically strong commitment to employee growth and development Product has improved significantly, reflecting a clearer product vision and more disciplined operational execution of the product roadmap. Culture affords employees autonomy and flexibility in exchange for commitment to production and results. Teammates are dedicated, humble, and hard-working.

      Culture values positivity and conformity over intellectual engagement and critical thinking at times. Perpetually strapped capacity makes it challenging to invest in improving internal tools and redressing technical debt.

      Really smart people who are driven and fun to work with. Great culture and really motivating product to work on.

      Cons

      Small company means that things don't get done as quickly as you'd like because the team isn't big enough to take on all of the work that should be done.
