    - The level of responsibility that you have. -Important role to drive the business forward -Developing a wealth of knowledge in a high demand environment -Basic training courses and opportunities. - Cross-training opportunities (sales, reception, brasserie, housekeeping, spa, operations) - Progression in your role (example: reception -> sales -> manager)

    Cons

    - Negativity in the workplace, dampens the atmosphere, and causes friction. - Unprofessionalism, how management reacts to staff is dissapointing. - HIghly stressful, due to workload (if you do not manage your time, you can become overwhelmed) - No clear role, as you will likely be taking on multiple responsibilites. - Workplace gossip. - Lack of motivation from management. - High staff turnover
