I worked at Saipem full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

you learn a lot, it's a well organized company and you fill like in a family

    Cons

if you don't give yourself a limit, they will keep putting stuff on your desk till you explode. Salary is good only if you go expat with projects. Staying at home you shouldn't expect big pays

    Negative Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Saipem full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

If you have talent and ambition, most of the management in London will back you and give you good opportunities. If you prove yourself you can gain responsibility quickly.

    Cons

The company as a whole is experiencing the sector slow down, and seem to be overly protective of the Italian parts of the company, to the detriment of other places.
